Hello everyone, happy 2014! 2013 was not a really good year for me in terms of reading, so I hope this year can be better. My goal this year is to read 30 books. I know a lot of people who are setting it much higher though. I am putting my reading goal lower for two reasons. First, 2014 is going to be a busy year for me.Secondly, I never want to make reading a chore. I don't want to set my goal at something like 60 books, and have to force myself to read so that I can finish. I will most likely read more than this, but I don't want to pressure myself. These 30 books do need to be new books, I am not counting books that I reread. Moving on, the books on this list are not guaranteed, but I really hope to read them.

Another one of my goals this year is to read books that I own. I have a lot of books that I have bought, that are sitting in my shelves that I have not read yet. So, the majority of the books on my list I own. You can become my friend on Goodreads here: https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/23665315-elizabeth. You can see all of the books on my to-read list, and see what books I read in 2014. What are your reading goals? I would love to hear other suggestions in the comments. I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful 2014. Thanks!
